Ingredients
* Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 tbsp * Oats, 0.25 cup * Barley, pearled, raw, 1 tbsp * Wild Rice, 1 tbsp * White Rice, long grain, 1 tbsp * *Brown Rice, long grain, 0.125 cup * Sweet White Rice, 1 tbsp * Medjool dates, 3 date, pitted * Dry Dates, 7 date * Peanuts, dry-roasted, 1 tbsp * Pecans, 0.25 cup, halves * Beans, red kidney, 1 tbsp * Mung Beans, 1 tbsp * Lentils, 1 tbsp * Split Peas, 1 tbsp
Directions
Using a rice cooker with soup/slow cook function;
Add all ingredients and water to 4-cup line;
Boil for 10 minutes;
Stir well;
Then turn to soup function/or slow cook for ~80 minutes.
