Ingredients
Self raising Flour, 300 gramBrown Sugar, 80 grams, chocolate chips, 100 grams, Walnuts, 50 gramsBanana, fresh, 2 small Sunflower Oil, 3 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 medium sour cream, 125 gram
Directions
Grease muffin tin or use muffin cups.
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and in another bowl mix all wet ingredients. Then combined the both and spoon batter in to muffin tin. Bake for 20mins at 400F/200C.
