Veggie Pizza Wrap

Ingredients
2 tbsp. Whipped Cream Cheesesprinkle of Hidden Valley Ranch dip packet3 flowerets of Broccoli3 flowerets of Cauliflower3 baby carrots1 radish1tbsp of chopped onion1/4 of plum tomato1/4 c. of finely shredded Cheddar CheeseTortilla
Directions
1. Blend Whipped Cream Cheese with the Hidden Valley Ranch spices
2. In a food chopper, chop all vegetables together except tomato
3. Chop 1/4 of a plum tomato and reserve to side
4. Spread cream cheese mixture onto a tortilla
5. Sprinkle vegetables over cream cheese
6. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes over vegetables
7. Sprinkle cheese over tomatoes
8. Wrap tortilla as you would a burrito
9. Enjoy
