Easy Healthy Stir Fry

Ingredients
Turkey kielbasa or turkey sausage1 bag frozen veggies1 sm can pineapple chunksonion - peeled and cut in chunks*green pepper - in chunks*spices to taste* can use frozen onion and pepper blend
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray. Add meat and raw vegetables. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until veggies are nearly cooked but still firm. Avoid peeking so that the steaming works. Add bag of veggies, pineapple, and spices. Recover and cook7-8 more minutes. Stir if needed, but avoid just peeking or the steaming will not cook the veggies.

Eat as is or on a bed of cooked brown rice. Even my non-healthy eating hubby loves this!
