HIHEARTHEALTHY
This is one of my favorite snacks or quick breakfast. I use La Tortilla Factory Low Carb wheat tortillas to get more protein in there (9 grams) and less calories. I also sprinkle wheat germ on top of the bananas and peanut butter. I'm glad someone else is eating this same thing! - 5/15/09
