Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 pound lean hamburger meat (or lean turkey meat)1 can rotel tomatoes, undrained1 can whole kernal corn, undrained1 can ranch style beans, undrained1 small can tomato sauce1 cup water1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
Directions
Brown hamburger (or lean turkey) meat. Drain and rinse with hot water. Add back to pan and add package of taco seasoning mix. The next part is easy: open cans and dump in pot. Let simmer for as long as you like. I sometimes will cook the meat on the stove and add all ingredients to my slow cooker and let it cook all day. I like mine spicy, so I add more pepper and Tony Chacheres to it. It tastes even better the day after!

I somtimes add another small can of tomato sauce to stretch it even further.

Makes about 8--1 cup servings. This is great with reduced fat cheese on top and even baked chips.
