Hot - Sweet - Sour Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp tamari2 cups "chicken" broth1 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar1 tsp brown sugar1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1 oz So Soya slices (dry)½ oz dried minced porcini mushroom8 oz tofu shirataki noodles3 oz baby spinach
Directions
Combine tamari, broth, vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic and pepper flakes in a small pot. Bring to a simmer.
Add soy slices, mushrooms and noodles.
Simmer briskly, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Serve over baby spinach in a deep bowl and enjoy!
