Ingredients
2 red apples, diced2 tble lemon juice2 tble pecans, chopped4 tble plain yogurt2 tble plain soymilk
Directions
toast pecan in sry pan
mix apples with lemon and pecans. mix milk and yogurt. mix together.
toss waldorf salad with mixed greens, refridgerate and let wilt, garnish with ground black pepper.
accompany with jasmine or green tea
