Rice (white or brown) 2 cupsbutter (1-2 tbs) mixed with riceheinz 57 sauce (2-3 tbs) mixed into riceCatalina dressing (1/2 c.) mixed into rice4-6 chicken breasts (place on top of rice
Make rice as instructions on box call for. Pour rice into pyrex dish and mix in butter, heinz 57 and catalina dressing. Place chicken on top of rice. You can dice chcken to place all around if you like. (optional: Add spices to your liking (i.e lemon pepper, southwestern, etc.)) Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 45 -50 min. depending on your oven temp.
