1 Unbaked Pie Shell1.5 cups Raisins3 Eggs1 cup Sugar (subsitute w/half-cup Splenda Blend for Baking)1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 tsp Ground NutmegPinch of Salt2 Tbsp Lemon Juice2 Tbsp Butter, Melted1.5 cups Walnuts, Chopped
Spread the raisins in the unbaked pie shell.
Mix together all the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the raisins.
Place the pie pan on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
