Indian Fry Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup+ warm water
Directions
Mix ingredients together and knead it for a few minutes. Add flour as needed so dough isn't too sticky. Separate into egg shaped balls. Flatten each ball to 1/4" - 1/2" thick. Fry in hot oil, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown. Drain on paper towells. Size of finished fry bread is adjustable. Makes 7-8 pieces of about 5-6" circumfrence.
