Sugarplum's Roast Beef Hash

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil7 oz leftover roast beef, cubed1 large roasted potato, cubed1/3 cup cooked carrots, diced1/2 med onion, cooked and diced1/3 cup beef gravySeasoned salt, sage and Mrs. Dash or pepper to taste.
Directions
Heat oil over med heat in a skillet.
Add beef, cook until slightly browned
Add potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Add spices and gravy.
Cook until hot throughout.

You may add water if gravy is too thick.

If you don't have leftover vegetables you can use fresh and cook them in the oil first before adding the beef.
Serve with bread if desired.
