Frances' Healthy Chili

Ingredients
3 cups zucchini4 cups yellow squash4 cups chopped onion1 3/4 c canned pinto beans1 3/4 cup canned kidney beans3 1/2 cups canned diced tomatoes3 cups frozen yellow corn1 cup tomato sauce16 oz 93%ground beef1-2 packet(s) Williams chili seasoning2 cups water2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Brown ground beef and 1 cup chopped onions in skillet in olive oil. Set aside. Add remaining ingredients to large crock pot. Add beef mixture and stir til well blended. Set crock pot on low for 8-10 hours. Serve hot.
