Beef Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef, Lean1 diced onion1/2 C. chopped celery12 sliced baby carrots2 diced pototoes2 bay leafs2 beef bouillon cubes6 C. water24 oz. V8 juice1/2 C. corn1/2 C. frozen peas1 can kitchen cut green beans1 cup brown rice, cooked1 tsp Chili powder
Directions
Brown ground beef in large sauce pan with onions and celery until beef is no longer brown. Drain if neccassary. Add the rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high until boils then turn down to simmer with lid on for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves before serving. Makes 8 1 cup servings
