Gourmet pumpkin muffins

1.5 cups all purpose flour# Baking Powder, 1 tsp # Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup # *Canola Oil, 0.33 cup # Egg, fresh, 2 large # Cinnamon, ground, 0.2 tsp # Nutmeg, ground, 0.2 tsp # Cloves, ground, 0.2 tsp # Ginger, ground, 0.2 tsp # Allspice, 0.2 tsp # Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup # Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp # Salt, 1 tsp
Heat oven to 350 degrres.
Mix flour and baking powder in small bowl.
Add all other ingredients together in separate bowl, mix well and gradually add in flour.
Divide batter among muffin cups....and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. bake for 25 mins till toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 12 muffins.
