Beef Stir- Fry

1 lb. beef top round steak2 tbsp. corn starch1 can (10.5 oz) can campbells beef broth2 tbsp. soy sauce2 tbsp. vegetable oil3 cups cut up vegetables1/4 tsp. garlic powder.5 cup hot cooked rice
1. slice beef into very thin strips.Mix cornstarch, broth, and soy until smooth. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and stir- fry until browned and juices evaporate. Push beef to one side of the skillet.
3. Add vegetables and garlic powder, stir fry until tender crisp.
4. Stir cornstarch and add. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over hot rice.
