Ingredients
Kraft Light Creamy French Style DressingSmucker's Sugar Free Apricot PreservesLipton Onion Soup Mix8- 5 oz Chicken Breast, no skin or bones
Directions
Pour 1/4 bottle of French dressing on bottom of
8 1/2 x 13" casserole dish. Add chicken breast. On top of chicken breast add Apricot Preserves. On top of that pour the rest of the French Dressing on top and then sprinkle with Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Bake at 350 for 45 min, uncovered. Serve over rice.
