Ingredients
2 Tbsp I can't believe it's not butter, LIGHT1 cup mushrooms1 cup celery1 cup carrots5 cups cauliflower32 oz. vegetable stock8 oz. fat free cream cheese
Directions
Sautee mushrooms, celery & carrots in butter. Add vegetable stock and cauliflower and simmer. Mix in cream cheese.
