Bry's Cilantro Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed Cilantro, raw, 8 tbspMilk, 1%, .1250 cupJapanese Panko Bread Flakes, .33 cup
Directions
chop cilantro and add to panko and mexican spices of your choice, such as onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder or cumin
heat oil in skillet until hot
flatten chicken breasts
dip chicken in milk to make moist and coat
dredge chicken breasts in panko
place chicken breasts in skillet for 5 minutes or until one side is brown
lower heat to medium
flip chicken and cover, cooking 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
