Amie's Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1lb Flank Steak (cut into strips)3 tbspGarlic Chilli Paste (found in the asian food section at any grocery store)1 cup sliced Onions1.5 cup sliced Green PeppersMinced Garlic2 tbspLawry's Beef Stew Seasoning2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Black Pepper1/2 cup Water1 cup White Rice (uncooked)1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook White Rice (following directions on package)

Heat Olive oil in a Medium Sauce Pan

Cut Flank steak into strips

Add Minced Garlic and onion to pan and sautee
Add Steak Strips to pan
Add Soy Sauce
Add Garlic Chilli Paste
Season with Pepper (as desired)
Add Green Peppers
Cook on Medium Heat
Add Water and mix in Beef Stew Seasoning
Cook On High Heat until Sauce starts to thicken
You May need to add a little corn starch to thicken

Serve on top of Steamed White Rice
