Chicken Nuggets Chez Goor

4 boned and skinned chicken breasts1 tablespoon olive oil2 cloves garlic minced1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 cup finely ground bread crumbs1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper2 1/2 teaspoons of honey2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Cut each breast into 8 pieces
Mix oil, garlic, and pepper with chicken pieces and marinate about 30 minutes
Combine bread crumbs and cayenne, place on a plate.
Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs and place on a large cookie sheet in a single layer.
Bake about 15 minutes until browned and cooked through. For extra browning, broil for a few more minutes.
Combine honey and mustard. Dip nuggets into sauce.
