Ingredients
* Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, cooked * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup * Baking Soda, .5 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 23 tsp * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 23 tsp * Raisins, .5 cup, packed * Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup * Egg substitute, liquid , 3 tbsp
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375.

Mix dry ingredients and the raisins. Mix the egg substitute and applesauce into dry ingredients until well moistened. Place on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Do not over bake.

Makes 12 cookies.
