Baked Chili Relleno

Ingredients
1/4 of a 12 oz. can evaporated SKIM milk1 egg white3 TBS shredded Cheddar Low Fat, divided2 SLICED GREEN Onions2, 6-inch Corn Tortillas, torn into 2 inch strips1/4 of a 7 oz can Green Chili Peppers2 TBS Salsa,divided1 TBS Sour Cream, reduced fat,1/2 TBS chopped fresh Cilantro,NON STICK COOKING SPRAY
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F, spray a small casserole dish with cooking spray, set aside.

2. In a bowl, combine evaporated skim milk, egg white, 2 Tbsp shredded cheese, GREEN ONION, corn tortilla pieces, green chilies and 1 TBS salsa. Mix well.

3.Pour into casserole dish, Bake for 30 minutes or until set.

4. Remove from oven and add remaining shredded cheese on top and bake until cheese has melted.
Garnish with 1 TBS salsa, sour cream and chopped cilantro.
