Fiesta chicken and rice

Ingredients
2 large chicken breast, Chunked1 small green pepper chopped1 small onon chopped1 16 oz. jar salsa2 cups brown rice3 oz. mozzeralla cheese
Directions
Chunk chicken and place in bottom of crock pot. Chopped green pepper and onion and put on top of chicken. Pour salsa over all and cook on low for 6 hours or untill chicken is done. Meanwhile cook 2 cups brown irce according to pacakage. Half hour before chicekn is down add rice to crockpot. Stir it all togther and then spread cheese over top and let melt.
