5 g Club House La Grille Salmon Seasoning1/4 cup Kelloggs All Bran Buds484g fresh Rainbow trout2 tomatoes, chopped1/4 onion, chopped1/4 cup mango, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1/2 tsp (or 1 leaf) fresh basilpepper to taste (enough salt in this, I wouldn't add any more!)Splash (1/4 tbsp) of balsamic vinegar
Makes 2 servings
Combine salmon seasoning with crushed All Bran Buds. Coat fish in mixture.
Broil for 10 minutes (or until fish becomes flaky, the thicker the fish the longer it will take!).
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, let sit until fish is done. Pour over fish and voila! All you need now is a good salt free sidedish :)
