sausage and cabbage

Ingredients
1/2 head cabbage1 large red apple1 pakage Little Smokie Sausages or Sausage of your choice1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Chop cabbage and apple into a large frying pan. Add the cup of Red Wine Vinegar and the smokies. Simmer together over medium heat just until the cabbage is tender. You want to keep a little crunch, there is nothing worse than mushy cabbage.
