Cooked macaroni noodles, about 4 cups is what I had left over from another meal. Mayo and a couple tablespoons of ranch dressing (light) for flavor. Pepper to taste. Chopped green bell peppers or red peppers, or a mix is lovely. About 1/4 cup or what you have. Mix and serve cold. Makes at least 6 servings. Reduce it to 8 smaller servings to save on calories if you use whole mayo like this one, instead of half mayo, half sour cream (fat free)
Boil pasta (10 minutes til tender) Save time! Cook in advance and use leftover noodles!
Chop peppers, add to pasta with mayo, pepper and ranch dressing.
