Rice Pilaf with Shrimp

Ingredients
2 cups COOKED Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup red Pepper chopped 5 GREEN Onions chopped1 cup Mushrooms,sliced4 cloves Garlic1 minced chili pepper8 ozs uncooked fresh or frozen Shrimp1 cup Cauliflower flowerettes1 cup Cabbage, shredded 1 cup Bean sproutsOil for stir frying
Directions
1. In skillet or wok add oil, garlic, GREEN onions, red bell pepper and sliced mushrooms. Saute about 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, cauliflower, saute another 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is cooked.

2. Add rice, mix well.

3. Add bean sprouts and mix again.

Serve hot.
