Ingredients
Directions
1 medium sized red potato, 100 grams weightNon-stick cooking spray
You will need a large skillet that you can lay all of the home fries flat in for best results.
Wash potato and pierce with a fork. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, until pototo is tender.
Generously spray skillet with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high heat. While skillet is preheating, slice potato into homefries. I usaully fold up a paper towel to help hold the pototo, because that little guy is hot.
Spread potato slices in skillet and cook on one side until they reach the brownness that you like. Spray the potatos again with non-stick spray, season to taste, flip, and cook on other side to desired doneness. This can take up to 5 minutes per side, depending on how crisp you like your potatos.
Nutritional value of this recipe was calculated using approximately 3 seconds worth of cooking spray.
