Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
2 slices of light bread tore in pieces8 oz ground turkey browned with onion salt and italian seasoning1 c mozzeralla cheese1 c cheddar cheese1 med potato shredded6 eggs1.5 c nonfat milk dill, dry ground mustard,salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put bread in bottom of greased 8X11 pan then layer with cooked turkey, potato, cheese. Mix eggs,milk and seasonings till whipped good then pour on top of the bread, turkey,potato,and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
