Low Fat - Wheat Blueberry Scones

Ingredients
1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour1/3 cup all purpose flour1/3 cup sugar2 tsp. baking powder4 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. egg whites1/2 cup milk1/3 cup blueberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray down a large cookie sheet. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in the butter until the mixture is a crumbly, do not over mix. In a small bowl beat the egg in with the milk and add the blueberries. Add the egg mixture into your dry ingredients and mix until combined. Again make sure not to over mix. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 9 scones.
