Tuna Burgers with Acorn Squash and oven roasted Brussels

Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 cup, solid or chunksYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3 stripsOatmeal Egg white, 1 large Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbspHoney Mustard, 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup Pepper & Salt to tasteMicrowave cooked Acorn Squash - mashedOven Roasted Brussels
Mix onion, peppers with the tuna. Mix the honey mustard with the egg whites and add to tuna, onion and peppers. Add oatmeal and mix. Form into 4 patties.
Heat skillet on med. high with 1 TBS olive oil.
Saute about 4-5 min. per side.
Serving Suggestion: Serve on top of mashed acorn squash with oven roasted brussel sprouts.

I am so confused. There were ingredients that were listed but not used in the recipe and there were ingredients in the recipe that were not in the list! I am attempting to make the tuna patties and hope they turn out even though I wasn't really sure what to put in them. - 11/14/11

Sorry about that. I've revised and hopefully it makes sense. I used the ingredients available on Spark drop down list and it didn't offer my alternatives.
