    ~2 c HEAVY white sauce w/ milk/cream, mix in ~1-1.5 cup grated Queso, ~2 T canned chopped drained jalapeno, 2 dash red pepper, 1 cayenne & 1 T.salt. Saute veg separately, 1 carrots, 2 onion/pepper 3 mushroom--barely cooked. Nuke/steam fish. Mix all in; meld. Serve over steamed rice. - 3/14/16

    There are no directions for this recipe. With shrimp so expensive right now, I wouldn't want to mess up the recipe due to incomplete directions. I guess I'll just continue searching the internet for a similar recipe that includes complete cooking directions. - 6/19/12
