Egg Salad

Ingredients
Six hard boiled eggs4 tablespoons mayo3 teaspoons mustard
Directions
Boil and cool six eggs, then remove shells. Remove yolks and reserve three. Roughly chop whites and set aside. Place three yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly. Add mayo and mustard, mix well. Toss in cooked whites and mix well.

Add veggies if you like, just make sure they are minced well.

Serves four.
