Balsamic and Orange Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
Sockeye Salmon, 200 gram(s) 2 Oranges, zest and juiceBalsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp Garlic, crushed 4 clove Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Rosemary, dried, chopped 1 tbsp black pepper, ground 1/ 8 tsp
Directions
Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towel. Zest and juice oranges. Mix orange zest and juice with balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil, rosemary and black peper. Place salmon in cooking dish and pour mix over top. Place in oven and cook at 400F for 30 min or until fish flakey.
