Ingredients
* Chicken Thigh, 10 oz. * Plain non fat yogurt, 8 oz * Onions, medium, minced * Garlic, 6 cloves, minced * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 1 tsp Cilantro, dried, * 1/2 tsp Paprika, * 1/2 tsp dried Cumin seed, * 1/2 tspTurmeric, ground, * 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground, * 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground * salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Stir together the yogurt, onion, garlic in a shallow bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Coat a wire rack with cooking spray and set over a foil covered baking sheet. Place chicken on rack.
3. Bake chicken until browned and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.

Serve hot.
