Ingredients
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup * Canned Tomatoes, 1 medium * Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Garlic, 1 clove * Salt, 1 tsp * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Add chickpeas, pepper, carrot, chopped tomato, garlice, salt, black pepper to the water.

Cook until all the water has evaporated.
