Ingredients
Oranges, .5 cup, sections Brown Rice, medium grain, .75 cup Shrimp, cooked, 4 large Carrots, cooked, .5 carrot Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Cook rice at 425 untill chewy and place in a bowl. Cook vegtables (not oranges, there fruit) at 350 untill sizziling and place in same bowl as rice. Grill shrimp on outdoor grill and place in same bowl. Add salt and pepper if desired.
