Quick Beef Burgundy

1 lb stewing beef2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 1/2 cups red wine1 pkg dry onion soup mix1 cup water
Combine ingredients and pour into a slow cooker. Cook at least five hours. (May be cooked in 200-250 degree regular oven.) Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4-6.
