2 cups Rolled Oats1 cup 2% Milk1 cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt1 green apple, chopped1 Banana, chopped1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts1 Tbsp. almond slivers1 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. Orange Juice (or ½ Tbsp. Lemon Juice)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let it sit for at least 1 hour before serving.
