Beef Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
3 oz. ground beef, lean1/2 c. onion or 2 T. dry onion flakes1 cup sliced portabella mushrooms1 c. cool cooked oatmeal (leftovers) chopped1 cube beef bouillon or 1 teas. granules1 oz dry sherry1 clove garlic or 1/4 t. garlic powder1 teas. ground sage1/2 teas. black pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef, then add onion and mushrooms, and cook until onions are transluscent. Add 1 c. cool oatmeal, chopped into smaller pieces. Heat and stir until blended. Add bouillon, sherry, garlic, sage, and black pepper. Heat and stir until hot and well blended. Looks and tastes like Thanksgiving dressing. Can use Turkey instead of beef and chicken bouillon.
