Ingredients
4 Potatoes1 Zucchini12 oz Cherry Tomato3 large Carrots3 Green Onions1 TBSP Olive Oilseason salt, paperika powder, pepper, garlic powder
Directions
Cut potates and Vegetables in slices about 1/2 inch thick cut cherry tomatoes in half
mix in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings
put in oven save casserole dish and bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 35 - 55 min
