Grilled Peaches with Thyme

Ingredients
4 peaches2 tbsp oilvie oil1/2 tbsp honey1/4 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp fresh thyme
Directions
Rinse the peaches, pat dry, cut in half, and remove pits. Place the peach halves in a backing dish. Mix together the olive oil, honey, and vanilla extract and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with the thyme. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning over once and basting.
Broill or grill the marinated peaches on the barbecue for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until the peaches are tender but not soft. The peaches can also be cooked on the stovetop on a grill pan.Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
