Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
*Soy Milk Plain Light, .75 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Use non-stick skillet on medium heat.

Peel and dice apple.

Place remaining ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Add the diced apples and pulse blender just until mixed. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture for each pancake cook until bubbled and flip.
