Fall Bounty Soup

Ingredients
4 c Vegetable broth2 c diced Sweet potato2 c chopped Cauliflower1 c diced Potato1 c chopped Carrots1 c chopped Onion1 Bay leaf1 tsp Sugar1/2 tsp ThymeSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
3. After soup begins to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, ubtil vegetables are soft (about 20 minutes).
4. Remove from heat abd discard bay leaf before serving.

Makes about 6 - 1 cup servings
