1/2 c soft Margarine1 c Brown Sugar or Splenda1 Egg1/2 c low fat Sour cream1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour3/4 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Cloves1/4 tsp Baking soda1/2 c raisins1/2 c unsweetened coconut1/2 c unsalted sunflower seeds
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. In a bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, egg, & sour cream. Mix well.
3. Add flour, cinnamon, cloves, & baking soda. Mix.
4. Next, add fruit, nuts, and/or seeds. Mix well.
5.Drop cookies by teaspoon onto 2 cookie sheets sprayed with pam.
6. Bake for appoximately 15 minutes or until bottems are golden brown.
Makes 24 cookies.
