Honey Oat Apple Muffin

Ingredients
3/4 cup milk1 egg1/4 cup oil1/4 cup honey1 cup rolled oats3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup chopped apple1/3 cup wheat germ1 oz protein powder1/4 cup packed brown sugar1 tablespoon baking powder3/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt, opt.(double recipe)
Directions
Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and apples. Mix just until moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Makes 12 or 24.
