* T. Marzetti Light Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, 2 tbsp * Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce,1 tbsp. * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces grilled * Kraft FAT FREE Shredded Chedar Cheese, 28 oz
Directions

* Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce,1 tbsp.
* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
* Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces grilled
* Kraft FAT FREE Shredded Chedar Cheese, 28 oz

Just your typical salad prep.
Shred romaine add spinach
sprinkle cheese
add chopped grilled chicken

dip freely in hot sauce mixed with the blue cheese

    I do this without the blue cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and spinach. This really saves on the calories.

    I do the chicken in the microwave (80% power), then chunk it or used canned chunk chicken.

    I add 1 T. lime juice to change it up sometimes. ALL GOOD! - 8/24/09
