Easy Chocolate Truffles

1 (8oz) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened3 cups Splenda (Splenda can be ground in a coffee grinder to make more powdered.12 squares of Baker's Unsweetened, melted1 1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup of walnuts (ground to coat)
Beat cream cheese in large with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add splenda, mixing until well blended.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in walnuts, or cocoa, powdered sugar, or coconut.
Store in refrigerator.
