1 lb. ground turkey1 can Extra Hot Rotel Tomatoes1 can Red Kidney Beans1 can Pinto Beans1 can Black Beans1 can Yellow Corn
Brown and Drain Ground Turkey.
Add all canned ingredients.
Add chili powder and other spices to taste.
Simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

This sounds delicious. My husband & I love to eat soup during the winter. I never liked ground turkey, but a friend suggested that I drop 2 cubes of beef boullion in the pan when I fry it. It's amazing, if you didn't know it was turkey, you wouldn't know it was turkey! Trying this tomorrow. - 11/16/08
